Back on April 2 I offered a prize to mark my 300th post. There were no real rules. I just thought I'd award something to someone who wrote a comment I liked.
Jannie Funster came up with the idea that I should send her a video of me dancing the highland fling in a yellow toga, wearing lilacs in my hair. That made me laugh. So she's getting a present of some sort - but it won't be a video of me. (Well, not one wearing lilacs and a yellow toga!)

Congratulations to Jannie! I won a book from the nice folk at Strictly Writing last week - a copy of 'A parachute in the Lime Tree' by Annemarie Neary, and am halfway through it, thoroughly enjoying its cast of characters.
Hi Anne .. I won one of Jannie's CD - so I was very lucky .. and it's fun .. she's a great fun poster - with lots of ideas .. and we can all laugh and enjoy her take on life.
Her idea is certainly whacky and I'm so looking forward to seeing your video .. ?!
She will enjoy whatever you feel inclined to do .. congratulations on 300 posts ..
I'll spend the rest of the evening thinking of the Highland fling in a yellow toga .. and the lilacs are just coming out - excellent timing ..
Cheers - Hilary
